[orc-ai-sig] How to build our FAQ

Dear all,

I've gathered the ideas for FAQ questions and I

propose we prepare them by looking at:

* Is this question specific to FOSS?

* Is there a procedure that might provide an answer? (standard, code, guideline...)

  * If not, who do we ask for clarity? (probably the EC)

* On urgency: When is there an AI Act obligation that needs an answer to this question?

* And "notes", such as: have we exhausted all information available or do we need to examine this more?  And, are we happy that the question is broken down into the right sub-components?
