I don't think the old CVS repos are still available. Maybe someone
might have a local copy somewhere to share. However, I think your best
bet would be to find the original CQ (by starting from the ATO CQ) and
that should contain the sources/binary that were approved to be
uploaded. Another option would be to look through the old bugs to see
if there was any discussion on how to structure the bundle.

Given how old some of the bundles were, it's pretty reasonable to
assume that upstream may have changed even how they distribute it so
there shouldn't be any requirement to provide it exactly to how it was
being provided in the older offerings.
