Hi Roland
I just upgrade all batik module to 1.13 follow some of the import and dependency from Pierre-Charles and also dependency shown from maven central.

The bot builds properly.

I separate the upgrade in batches of module.  Do you mind if I place you as reviewer?

I couldn't get patchset into those that had issues so I end up abandoning those and recreate new ones. 
I try git -amend but it creates new one when I push it.

Does org.apache.batik.transcoder 1.11 work alongside its dependencies at the 1.9.1 or 1.13.0 version ? This is basically what would need to be verified because I would think 1.11 would need all bundles at the same level.

There has been a long standing request to update the entire 1.9.1 stack to 1.11.0 (or even 1.13.0) but I haven't had time to do it and no one volunteered to update the full stack. The tricky part was dealing with some split packages but I don't think this should still be the case.
