Hello,

The current version of the Eclipse ICU jar is com.ibm.icu_64.2.0.v20190507-1337.jar

This has been packaged by Eclipse Orbit project and is based on ICU 64.2.

ICU64.2 has a security vulnerability that has been fixed in the latest version ICU 67.1.

Could you let me know when the latest version of the Eclipse compliant ICU jar will be available?
