[orbit-dev] Declaring Build: R20190602212107 (2019-06) 
Hello all,

I'm declaring R20190602212107 [1] (our RC2a contribution) as our
contribution for SimRel 2019-06 [2].

Once again, this was our 2019-06 RC2a contribution, so if you were
already using that build, no changes are required.

This a composite repository combining a newer build (R20181102183712)
that is based on the last good build from CVS (20160520211859, Neon)
and the same bundles from the 2019-06 RC2a contribution to orbit-
recipes [3].
