Otherwise, I am planning to promote on Tuesday afternoon (in time for the Platform's RC2 build on Wednesday morning). 

this candidate lacks an update Chris did for JavaEWAH in order to fix the illegal version of the source bundle, 

the version in this build is 0.5.6.v201210150900 though I'd expect 0.5.6.v201307211000 for both bundles
