Yes, its fine (and common). 

We are supposed to indicate in IP Log
"status", that it is "in progress" and perhaps leave
"Note" that its "under Parallel IP Review".

Hi all,
 
If a CQ qualifies for Parallel IP, is
it possible to open a ATO for it? I am asking particularly in relation
to CQ 7024, but the question is valid in general too.
