I'm fine with this, if there's no objections. (We "promote early" primarily for the platform, so ... since its the platform asking for the change .... but, once we are settled, I will send a note to cross-project list as well).

Normally, I'd say we'd do this today, in a few hours, but ... in the course of looking at what else had changed, I noticed we have another fairly serious problem.  Some bundles are changing qualifiers each time we do a build. To track, I have opened

I consider it a blocker, at least for the release (though not necessarily RC1, since I think all these are "new" bundles and should not be "critical path" for anyone in RC1 (as far as I know).
But, I'd like to see if Lazar is able to respond quickly to that issue, say, within a day.

So, this afternoon, I will promote a new I-build ... and maybe you can get that Platform releng guy to make an update for that I build :) ... and once bug 379577 is settled (or, responded to) we'll decide about the final RC1 S build.

In order to fix https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=377886 the eclipse and equinox teams are requesting a rebuild and re-promotion for RC1.  Sorry that we did not catch this earlier, but this is a must fix for Juno.  Otherwise the eclipse help system is broken for any RCP application that does not include org.eclipse.jdt.core.
