Parallel IP is fine ... as long as there's an approved Orbit CQ for it.
And, to be exact, that actually applies to putting into cvs at all ... not
just the feature.xml, or "build".

Hi Orbiters,
Quick questions, when is it allowed to add new bundles to the feature
set1 - as part of parallel IP or only after the CQ was approved
completely?
