RE: [orbit-dev] Source bundles in Orbit

Wow!  Thanks DJ and friends.  This is great value to all Eclipse projects.

As for the strangeness in the bundles, map files, features, etc.  Great
catch!

DJ's points bear restating.  It is very important that we pay attention
here.  Orbit is valuable because it is a safe/trusted origin for these
bundles that lots of people use.  If bundles fail to make it out of Orbit
then projects that have declared dependencies will be put in an tough spot.

Somehow we need to ensure that no bundle appears in the download or on the
web/wiki until a) it has a proper CQ with the appropriate approvals and b)
is setup properly in the build.
