As the group of initial committers on the STP Enterprise Integration
Designer
component, the PMC requires
1) A Component Lead
2) A Component Build/Release Liaison
The component lead is responsible for ensuring that the component
sets down
a development roadmap, and a release schedule that synchronizes with the
overall project. The component lead interacts with the PMC on matters of
policy and project direction, and serves as the go-to person for
questions
and queries about their component.
The component build/release liaison is responsible for interacting
with the
various other component build people to ensure that all of the
components
are successfully built, tested and synchronized for update during our
overall releases.
The PMC doesn't choose these. It is up to you guys to pick the
'volunteers' - both roles can be taken by the same person.
