[orbit-dev] Which R build to recommend?

Actually, all those R builds at 
http://download.eclipse.org/tools/orbit/committers/

are the same (according to maps). 

I was just fixing the one remaining
releng bug so that the releng map files are tagged each build and took
me several times to get it right. 

So, since almost noon, just wanted to
be clear we'll promote the most recent one,
