[orb-dev] Moving the project to the Eclipse GlassFish team

Hi, 

as the project is active only because of contributions of people from the GlassFish team, we asked to move the ORB project under the roof of the GlassFish project. 

As currently all active committers of ORB are already also in the GlassFish team, which is much larger, it could help ORB. However the change will have some consequences, probably renaming GIT repositories, however I expect names of artifacts will stay the same, because they already are using org.glassfish.* groupId .
