Dear Steering Committee Members,
It's time to start planning for next year's OpenPASS Program Plan. I apologize for the delay in sending this reminder and hope you are already working on the draft Program Plan for 2026.
As a reminder, the final approval of the Steering Committee must be submitted by November 28th. Since the Working Group does not have an associated financial plan, you have additional time for the full approval process. Earlier submission would be greatly appreciated.
