Dear all,

 

my colleagues in the US wanted to use some in-presence meetings in Washington to sort out the date, but I have not yet received a confirmation.

 

After talking to Arun at our MB FOSS/CON, I suggest the following agenda. This should put the focus on how openPASS as a simulation tool & the use cases it can be used for. Still, I tried to work in the new content wrt modular ecosystem into the respective sections.

 

  • Introduction to openPASS (Tuan)
    • 2-3 Standard slides
    • NEW in intro (1 slide): modular ecosystem where openPASS partners re-use components
  • Use case 1 (BMW) è stochastic traffic simulation with SCM
    • NEW: 1 slide deep dive into SCM as a new project
  • Use case 2 (MB) è conversion of crash trahjectories into OpenSCENARIO - “PCM use case”
    • NEW: what is OpenSCENARIO (1 slide) è loop back to modular ecosystem
  • Q&A è what are NHTSA’s interests in the field of virtual simulation? Match with openPASS?
