A committer election for Raghunandan Netrapalli Madhusudhan on project Eclipse openPASS (automotive.openpass) was started by Tuan Duong Quang with this criteria: Raghunandan Netrapalli Madhusudhan is contributing to the Eclipse openPASS team and has already made an impact on the project. Raghunandan put a lot of effort into improvement of the non-trivial C++ dependency handling in the openPASS ecosystem. This will ultimately result in improved developer experience as well. During this process quite a number of long-lasting glitches of the openPASS build system have been resolved or recognized as obsolete. He created well-formed issue reports, wrote commits, and performed merge requests according to the review process.
