A committer election for Victor Hexad on project Eclipse openPASS™ (automotive.openpass) was started by Tuan Duong Quang with this criteria: Victor Baena is contributing to the Eclipse openPASS™ team and has already made an impact on the project. Victor is one of the main contributors of the opSimulation subproject. In the sub repos of openPASS, he created well-formed issue reports, replied on new issues, wrote commits and performed merge requests and reviews according to the review process.
