Hello OpenMQ

I'm going to do a 6.9.0 release.

There were few changes since 6.8.0:

Please raise your concerns by May 1st (Friday), otherwise I'll
proceed with release.

Given the progress review was held on May 29th last year, the release
window w/o review is still open.
