Hello OpenMQ

I'd like to have a 6.7.0 release.

There were few noteworthy changes since 6.6.0:

Please raise your concerns by the Sept 5th (Friday), otherwise I'll
proceed with release.

Given the progress review was held in May this year, no review is required.
