Hi Team

I think we are ready to do a 6.5.0 release.

The RC1
- was tested with
GF8:https://ci.eclipse.org/glassfish/job/glassfish_build-and-test-using-jenkinsfile/job/gf8+mq650rc1/
- passed tck-3.1.0:
https://ci.eclipse.org/openmq/job/2_openmq-run-tck-against-staged-build_6.5.x/1/

I'm going to run the final release and tck jobs and request an EF
release review shortly if there are no objections.
