Teams Meeting to be used for the Annual Meeting.\n\nAfter several iterati
ons between the Driver Members\, our Project Leader (Angelika) - and Ecli
pse (Ralph)\, we agreed that the agenda for this annual meeting will only
contain 1 point – a discussion on how to move on.\nThe reasons for this
are the following:\n\n * as already announced last year\, Audi has deci
ded to bring back their membership level to “User”\n * Daimler has
officially ended their membership and Exoknox will very probably NOT becom
e a member for the coming year\n * Given that the Driver Members would
then be limited to 1 OEM and 2 Software Vendors\, Müller-BBM VAS and Siem
ens have decided that they will most probably change their membership leve
l to “Application vendor”\, also BMW then considers to become a “Use
r” member.\n\nThat would leave the working group without Driver Members.
\nThe biggest consequence of these evolutions is of course that the financ
ial picture completely changes and does not allow to continue in the same
fashion as the years before.\n\nSeveral options exist\, and need to be dis
