Hi Martin,
the recomendation of eclipse is to use bugzilla to track the requirements and the backlog. (As far as I know eclipse plans to provide a requirement management system in the future.) When we startet the eclipse environment was not in place so we could not use Bugzilla. Furthermore our backlog is in german. (Feed-in management is only known in Germany and to be honest, I am not sure if the translation feed-in management is correct. But as Mr. Herdt stated: Like Autobahn and Kindergarten Einspeisemanagment will be another denglish noun in the future. This is obbiously one of our goals ;-) ) But eclipse likes to see everything in english. So for now it is a german excel-sheet, which also holds information like our estimated efforts which are not for public use.

Dear openK developers,
how will the backlog be handeled? Up to now it seems to be an excel sheet being passed around by mail. I suggest to put this file under version control in the git repository.
My suggestion is to extend the repository structure and include a folder for backlog management and also a folder for documentation.
