Mike: FYI... as a matter of practice, the EMO "drags its feet" for a bit after receiving a  +1 to allow PMC members an opportunity to disagree with each other and build consensus. I don't believe that there is any controversy here, but if you feel that I'm not correctly representing the interests of the PMC, feel free to voice your concerns. If there is no follow up to this message, the EMO will accept the +1 and move forward.
