Hi,
Unfortunately, due to mainland China's COVID-19 policy, I will not be
able to attend the in-person meeting in December. I might attend online,
if possible.

Hello Members,
This is a reminder regarding the face-2-face meeting in San Jose in
December. *Please see the details below and let us know by November 2,
if you can attend*. Looking forward to seeing you in December.

OpenHW Group will convene a face-face, full-day meeting open to all
members on *Thursday, Dec 15, 2022*, after the conclusion of the RISC-V
Summit being held in San Jose, California. The OpenHW meeting will be
held at a San Jose hotel at the conference site.
The face-face includes meetings of the TWG, all TGs, MWG, reports from
EWG and AWG, as well as the Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM is
required for governance of the corporation. Here is the draft agenda

We think convening in this way will be a great opportunity to hold the
long-delayed in-person get together for OpenHW Group. For those unable
to attend in-person, we will arrange web conference options.
