Hi everyone,

Here are the minutes of today’s meeting.

• Discussed about the invited talk from the 6th "Chip Power Beijing" Zhongguancun IC Industry Forum

• Jiuyang presented the Chisel & FIRRTL Status in China

• Reviewed the processor core and software projects in China. This data collection is still a work in progress, and the table contents may be not quite accurate.  Any helpful suggestions is appreciated.
