Dear Eclipse OpenDuT Project Committers, We are reaching out to you today to review the current composition of our committer team and ensure that our project can continue to progress efficiently and dynamically. We have noticed that there is currently a significant number of inactive committer accounts. This complicates, among other things, voting processes, such as for the admission of new committers, and can slow down decision-making
within the project. Therefore, we kindly ask you to inform us
within the next four weeks, by August 31, 2026, at the latest, whether you wish to continue actively participating in the Eclipse OpenDuT project. If you decide not to actively participate in the project anymore, we would kindly ask you to relinquish your committer status. This would greatly help us to optimize project administration and streamline future voting
processes. Should we not receive a response from you by the specified date, we will assume that you are no longer actively involved in the project and will initiate the necessary steps for retiring your committer status.
