Dear OpenCert open source developers

I would like to ask to the community to make a change in the eclipse Polarsys OpenCert project leadership. At the moment Huascar Espinoza is the leader of the eclipse project. I propose a change in this and I would like to ask for a general vote among the developers to ask for change.
