I don’t know if I’ve ever bookmarked a page so fast before. Thanks, Tobie!

Thank you so much, Tobie! Those few hours were extremely well invested—they will save many of us a great deal of time across countless future discussions and references.
This is very useful!

Hi again, folks.
Earlier today, Æva and I were debating a fairly pointed topic at the end of the FAQ TF call and wanted to refer back to the Commission’s guidance to better understand the context.
The Commission's server was down, so we both ended up fishing around our downloads folders for the PDF to get to the bottom of the discussion.
We’re in 2026, and it feels a little wild that we’re still passing PDFs with page numbers around instead of having properly linkable, accessible HTML for all the things.
As I had a few hours on my hands and enough tokens to burn, my friend Claude and I went on a little mission to fix that.
So, I now present to you: the official guidance, in fully linkable form, directly on ORC's CRA hub:
https://cra.orcwg.org/official-guidance/
Hopefully this makes it a little easier to reference specific sections in discussions, issues, and the FAQs.
Hope you enjoy it,
