[open-regulatory-compliance] Provide feedback for OpenChain CRA Checklis

Hey folks,
OpenChain community is looking for the feedback and contributions to CRA Checklist & Self-Certification document that is aligned with ISO 18974 as an implementation aid (e.g, for SBOM areas), but actually covers the entire CRA. 

I attended today's OpenChain WG call and can confirm that its purpose is not only to provide a yet another checklist for Manufacturers, but also to offer references to the relevant frameworks and best practices to help navigate CRA implementation.

All inputs are very welcome -> directly to the doc -> CRA Checklist & Self-Certification document
