I’m very much looking forward to joining the AI Policy and Compliance SIG. This is also a topic we are actively following in Taiwan, alongside our attention to the EU’s Cyber Resilience Act (CRA).

In Taiwan, the current legislative approach tends to be more framework-based, with individual ministries determining the extent to which they align with or reference regulations such as the EU AI Act. There are also ongoing questions and considerations from the Taiwanese government side as these policies continue to evolve.

I’m really looking forward to the discussions, and to exploring how we can contribute perspectives from the Taiwan community and industry. OCF would also be glad to serve as a bridge to help connect and support further collaboration.
