thanks a lot for the interest in participating in the initiative. 

Please take this answer to the mailing list as an ACK of your previous messages :) 

I'll coordinate with Dave (Proposal lead) the preparation of the proposal to the Steering Committee, but the target date for the official kick-off of the initiative will be 3rd week of May.

We'll keep you posted, and looking forward to starting with this work stream.
