[open-regulatory-compliance] OWASP joins ORC Steering Committee - Foundation Member Seat

OWASP has expressed interest in filling a vacant Foundation seat on the ORC Steering Committee.

The Steering Committee raised no objections to the proposal and Olle E. Johansson will serve as a member representative until the next annual election.

We appreciate both OWASP's and Olle's willingness to support the committee’s important work.
