Hi all,

I've finished converting the existing FAQ to the new format discussed in the FAQ task force on Friday.

The pull request is now ready for review, it notably:

• Defines a new format for FAQs
• Reorganizes repository accordingly
• Simplifies the status system
• Updates contribution process
• Converts existing FAQs to the new format

This new system isn't perfect, but it represents a substantial improvement over what we have today. We will continue to iterate over the format and processes as we move forward. These changes will help unblock contributions to the FAQ and will also provide a solid foundation for the build system and dedicated FAQ website that is on our roadmap.
