The pull request is a little noisier than usual, as I've updated all of the past minutes to include metadata at the top of the file. Moving forward, this will allow us to mark minutes as draft and publish them right away on GitHub instead of having to wait until the next SIG call before publishing them. This should make them much easier to consume and share.
