[open-regulatory-compliance] Welcome to Ciarán O'Riordan

Dear all,

I’m pleased to share that Ciarán O’Riordan has joined the Eclipse Foundation as our Senior Policy Advisor. Ciarán will be supporting the ORC Working Group as a key member of our extended team.

Ciarán brings 20 years of experience in digital policy, and worked as a software developer before that. Many of you will already know him from his previous role with OpenForum Europe. His perspective will support our efforts as we continue to navigate a complex policy landscape and strengthen our engagement with key stakeholders. He’ll be a valuable resource as we work to balance technical priorities with policy conversations.
