[open-regulatory-compliance] Input to EU Guidance on open source hardwar

Hi all,

Thanks to the input of the open source hardware community on OpenForum Europe's dedicated mailing list, we were able to collaborate to create a submission for the EU Guidance clarifying the nature of open source hardware and how it should be handled under the CRA.

I'd like to be able to submit this to the Commission's CRA Expert Group as one of our deliverables, ideally this Monday.
