Congrats! Especially I18N support will IMHO make it easier to reach out to users and contributors outside of Germany! 

And paying of some of the tech dept (Angular) is very helpful as well.

the openMDM(R) application Milestone 5.1.0M3 is available now.
The code in on the master branches, tagged with 5.1.0M3.

New Features:

•   I18N support for web frontend, languages available: English, German.
• For adding a new language see:
  org.eclipse.mdm.nucleus/org.eclipse.mdm.application/src/main/webapp/README_I18N.md
• Files with translations:
  org.eclipse.mdm.nucleus/org.eclipse.mdm.application/src/main/webapp/src/assets/i18n/*.json
• Web frontend: upgrade to Angular 7 from Angular 2
