[open-measured-data-wg] openMDM(R) application release 5.0.0 is there!

Hi,

 the openMDM(R) application Release 5.0.0 is out.

We passed the release review successfully done by the Eclipse Foundation.
Furthermore we graduated out of incubation with the Eclipse project mdmbl.

Thanks everybody supporting us, doing this important step!
