Hi all

 

For the workshop on monday we would like to propose the following goals and agenda: 

 

Overall goals:

- agree on a common mindset on how to work

- agree on responsibilities and RE workflow

- establish the timeline of the roadmap for 2015

 

Proposed agenda:

 

10:00 Welcome 
10:15 Introduction and presentation of requirements management process proposal
ca. 12:00 Lunch break
ca. 13:15 Diskussion of Proposal, Improvement etc.

       Agreement and (optional) Roadmap Timeline (Releases)

17:00 end (latest)
