Yes. Otherwise I would have said it was cancelled, on hold, or similar. If you are asking for specifics of the current activities: these are, unfortunately, not public at the current stage.
If you take a look at the minutes of the last architecture committee conference call, you will notice that the goal of the committee is to communicate on this list whenever possible. We also asked the steering committee for a separate place in the wiki where we can gather related documents. To answer your question why we 'don't share': There are no documents to share, yet.

As we do not have an exchange plattform for documents yet, we should think on how we keep people informed of what is going on. People who do not know where help might be needed cannot contribute!
Why don't we share the documents that are available and on which people are working via this mailing list or - much better - via our wiki? I think everyone of the WG is allowed to write into this wiki.

Dear open-measured-data-wg,
the conference call tomorrow is cancelled as there are currently no pressing matters to discuss.
Regarding the preliminary topics listed in the minutes of the last conference call:
- The architecture specification is still in progress.
- If there are architecture related questions for the upcoming MDM@WEB project meeting, please let me know.
- While there were a lot of interesting topics, no specific architecture details where discussed at EclipseCon.
