Unfortunately that's currently not possible. Please send me a private email if you want to discuss the reasoning behind 
this decision.

Some time ago Ed and I have started discussions about the best approach to document setup tasks, but have then been 
distracted by other things. Can we resume the discussions in April, when Ed is back from traveling?
