Hello everyone,
I would like to self-nominate for the Committer Member Representative seat on the Oniro Working Group.
As many of you know, I currently serve in this role and also as the Oniro Project PMC Lead. It has been a privilege to represent the committer community, and I would welcome the opportunity to continue doing so.
For context, my contributions to the project span several areas:
• Oniro support packages for porting the platform to emulator and devices
• The Oniro IDE VSCode extension
• Cross-platform framework adaptations for the platform (Capacitor)
• Application porting (VLC)
• OpenHarmony GitHub mirrors
• Documentation and CI pipelines
• Reviewing and merging contributions from the community
Through this work I have gained a broad perspective on the project's technical landscape, and through the committer representative role I have built a good understanding of how the working group operates. I would like to keep putting that experience to
use on behalf of the committer community.
Thank you, and looking forward to continuing the journey together.
Best regards,
Francesco
