Following the request from Andrei, I have created a poll with some slots in
which the Oniro PMC can take place without conflicting with other Oniro
meetings.

In any case, I suggest that the PMC meeting takes place every other week, the
week where the Oniro WG committees do not take place.

I have added the current slot in the poll, in case you do not want it to
change.

Please let me know if there are additional slots you want others to consider.
