Dear PMC,

I'm sending this email because at the end of last year we ran two elections for new committers for the project Eclipse Oniro Compliance Toolchain.
Martin and Alex gave a substantial contribution in the development of the SCA Dashboard use to show the auditing information and progress of the audit team and available at the following link: https://sca.software.bz.it/?json=https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipse/oniro-compliancetoolchain/mirrors/oniro-goofy/-/jobs/artifacts/kirkstone/raw/report.harvest.json?job=harvest

The two elections were both successfully concluded by the 21st of December. Below the link to the elections:
