[oniro-pmc] New testing repository in oniro-core: oniro-testing

Hi all,

 

We approved at the last meeting the creation of a new repository for the V&V team. As a reminder, this repository is for:

 

·         Test Plan

·         Alure dashboards

·         checkbox provider

 

The new repository has now been created here: https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipse/oniro-core/oniro-testing
