[oniro-pmc] Coming PMC meeting: proposal

Hello,

I propose  for your consideration having a slot to describe the measure we at 
EF are putting in place as follow up of the mail sent last week to oniro-dev.

We went over some of those measures in detail during the Oniro IT meeting last 
Tuesday. We will report again there next week about the ones that were WIP at 
the time. Maybe you prefer to go over these measures once they are all up and 
running, so in the following session, not tomorrow. I leave that for your 
consideration.
