[oniro-pmc] Oniro PMC onboarding

Dear Oniro PMC,

the Eclipse Management Organization (EMO) would like to schedule a meeting with you to share useful information about the Eclipse Development Process (EDP), your role in this process, and how we can work together to support projects from the Oniro TLP.

My proposals would be to have this meeting:

- Thursday March 17⋅11:00am – 12:00pm Central Standard Time (UTC-6), or

- Monday March 21 ⋅9:00am – 10:00am Central Standard Time (UTC-6).
