[oniro-dev] Reminder to vote on the Committer Election for Pawel Mandes

Voting will close on 2026-02-12 for the Committer election of Pawel Mandes on
project Eclipse Oniro for OpenHarmony (oniro.oniro4openharmony).

Criteria:

Pawel has made a meaningful impact on the Eclipse Oniro for OpenHarmony
Project through his contributions to both applications and developer tooling.

He has developed and contributed several Oniro applications, including:

* **app-MyMeteo**, a weather forecast application based on the OpenMeteo
service.
* **Example React Native application for Oniro/OpenHarmony**, providing a
reusable template for new React Native projects.
* **app-oh-ble**, demonstrating temperature data transmission using BLE/GATT.

Pawel has also contributed to the Oniro IDE VS Code extension by implementing
a new project wizard, improving build configuration, and adding Windows
support, significantly enhancing the developer experience.

Through these contributions, Pawel has consistently demonstrated strong
expertise in application development and a commitment to growing and
improving the Oniro ecosystem.
