I too got the initial impression that this whole discussion was about
having only people with Eclipse-approved accounts (aka EF accounts)
join the chat service. Which didn't seem very community-friendly.
Glad to see that is not the case after Agustin's clarification about
the possibility of accounts on federated servers being allowed to join
or rather the EF matrix server keeping federation enabled.
