### Topics

#### 1. Discussion on the re-licensing of the Yocto recipes, layers and meta-
data

The intended change affects the code that is intended today and in the future 
to upstream to the Yocto project, which requires MIT license. Today such code 
is Apachev2.

Discussion about why is this change needed and implication of not doing it. 
Andrei provides some data point on the code affected and the copyright holders 
of such code.

Vote:
* Re-license the code that will be upstreamed to the Yocto Projects from 
Apache v2 to MIT
* Unanimously in favor of the motion.

Andrei G. will manage the process to request such change to Eclipse Foundation 
(EMO team) following the process communicated by Agustin, that will provide 
names and mails of the company representatives affected.

#### 2. Update from Eclipse IT on progress

Agustin provides a quick overview of the current progress based on the 
workflow board including the tasks corresponding to the migration of the 
pipelines.

Agustin also describes where to find the real time information about the 
progress of this action encouraging those who would like to interact directly 
with Sebastien to attend to the Oniro IT meetings on Tuesday.

Agustin also reports about the request from Alberto P. to include the 
deployment pipelines from the IP compliance toolchain project into this 
current migration.

#### Update from Eclipse on release requirements for GA

Agustin provides apologies for not having the release checklist completed.

EF has discussed internally the possibility to advance the release to 
November. Amit communicates that currently engineers are working on the idea 
of releasing before EclipseCon 2022.

Agustin points out that it might not be possible to advance the release so 
much but will check internally given the special circumstances of the project.

The checklist becomes urgent now. A coordination meeting between EF staff 
involved and Oniro engineering, together with Oniro marketing might be needed. 

#### Resolutions

* The code that will be upstreamed to Yocto project will be re-licensed from 
Apachev2 to MIT

* Oniro WG SC Chair has proposed to the Oniro WG SC to cancel the All Hands 
2022Q3. No disagreement so far among marketing.
   * Agustin will work on the assumption that it will be canceled. 
* Program Plan 2023 creation timeline has been communicated to Oniro WG SC.
   * Discussion will start in the coming days.
   * PMC will be involved mostly through its rep. at the Oniro WG SC and Oniro 
WG Spec. Committee rep. 
   * Agustin will spread the Program Plan drafts. 
   * General call for participation in this discussion through representatives 
or/and directly on the oniro-dev mailing list.
